The only higher prices to be commercialized with prices above those just approved will take place at specialized markets of the following companies Pork Company, the Small Livestock Company, Selected Fruits and the "Wilfredo Peña" Horticultural Company, whose productions have a superior quality.

The Delegation of the Agriculture, together with Acopio Company of Collection, will guarantee the offers of wholesale form in the markets created with this purpose for the forms of not state management.

The products Black Beans, Red Beans and Caupi, Chickpea, Rice and Dry Corn in grains, as well as the industrial tomato puree, cannot be commercialized by the non-state ones, say the supply-demand markets, Self-employed workers, wheelbarrows or street vendors of agricultural products, in small shops and kiosks.

For their part, the Integral Directorate of Provincial Supervision, the State Commerce Directorate and the Ministry of the Interior are responsible for creating the control mechanisms to ensure compliance with the provisions.

In the case of products that are not listed here or by agreement of the Municipal Administration Councils, will be sold on a supply and demand basis.

In addition, the Municipal Administrations will establish the necessary mechanisms to prevent the exit of products to other territories and the corresponding measures will be applied to those who incur in violations.

This Resolution shall have legal effect as of its notification and shall be in force until the complementary regulations to the Budget Law 2021 are issued by the Ministry of Finance and Prices.
