Troubadour Fernando Cabrejas, with the song 'Mi fortuna' spoke of defending Cuba, the values of the homeland and its culture. Singer Nadiel Mejias and the youth groups M DYVOS and Crazzy Harper delighted their colleagues.
And Nadiel, speaking on behalf of his colleagues from the National Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC), expressed his unconditional support for the Revolution.
The Young Communists League awarded them with the condition of ‘Jovenes por la Vida’ (Youth for Life), for their performance in the red zone during the combat against covid-19, an honor that came from the hands of Governor Julio Cesar Estupiñan Rodriguez and the Secretary of the Young Communists League in the province, Yanelis Rodriguez Paneque.
The President of the Holguin branch of the Cultural Society 'Jose Marti', Eliel Gomez Garcia, explained in a brief summary the reasons for giving poet Ronel Gonzalez the distinction ‘Honrar Honra’ (Honor Honor).
For its part, the Cuban Workers Confederation (CTC) awarded the distinction ‘Proeza Laboral’ (Labor Feat) to 25 outstanding members of different cultural institutions.

And before the closing words by the Secretary General of Culture Union in Holguin, the Provincial Party and the Government gave a recognition to Graciela Gonzalez Aguilera and Rachel Garcia Heredia, Secretary General of the CTC in the province and Director of Provincial Culture Directorate, respectively, representing the workers of the sector.
