The slogan "To the Homeland and my culture! we put heart" was ratified in the national ceremony for the 46th anniversary of the foundation of the National Union of Culture Workers (SNTC), held this September 7 in Holguin.

On the last day of the Gibara International Film Festival, an exchange between actors and participants in the event was held at the local Casa de la Cultura, with the participation of figures such as Flora Borrego, Enrique Bueno, Félix Beatón, Jorge Perugorría, Bárbaro Marín, René de la Cruz and Mirta Ibarra, as reported by journalist Carlos Rodríguez Rubio for Radio Angulo.
